Small minority?
A television reporter used the expression "a small minority".
Has anyone ever heard of a large minority?
And he is probably university educated.

just like them useless singaporean senior Ministers bleating not a few times: "lets move on, we have made an HONEST mistake".
after subjugating generations of peasants to one social engineering programme after another that left them miserable. instead of an apology, they claimed each of the failed "programme" is an HONEST mistake.
everyone - well almost - on this islet is anticipating some sort of revolution in the near future - the question is "when".
