For those of you interested in our little feathered friends rearing their young in your back garden, these nest boxes are a must for blue/great tits.
These 'Eco Hole Nestboxes' are manufactured from old recycled car seats. Completely weatherproof and long lasting with no negative impact on the environment whatsoever.
Already I have spied some interested birds giving it the once over. Fingers crossed.
So by buying these boxes, you are not only encouraging wild birds to nest, but in an environmental way.
Score mega brownie points.
Smug or what?

2 problems.
Firstly I have to ask if you have set this up to help feathered friends (they are the ones that usually using nesting boxes) or FURRY (or even fury?) friends, as you mention in your blog post, in which case Nanny will probably be onto you like a ton of bricks for risking the health of furry creatures everywhere by making it easier for them to catch bird flu from your tainted offerings.
Secondly you are encouraging some form of avian rape and I am fairly sure the Nanny requires that both parties consent to that. I further suspect that anyone who encourages and assists such activities is probably considered to party to assisted rape as defined by any number of animal lib groups.
Still sure you want to publicise your fence decoration?
You could disguise it as a discarded hat stand from an elderly persons house perhaps?
Sorry about the 'fury' slip.
And yes, I am proud to advertise my avian des. res.
