It's an old Lebanese number but the translation has gone awry for obvious political reasons. It's all about how the Israelites think they are above normal international controls because Israel has an all-powerful sugar daddy in the form of the USA.
It starts off about his breakfast, "wake up in the morning, baked beans for breakfast" then he obviously has an accident whilst warming the beans, "o oh me ears are alight"

And the not so powerful, would love to be, sugar daddy, the UK - maybe?
